Management responsibilities
The following services will be provided:
Window cleaning services externally; cleaning of common areas; supply of electricity for heating and lighting to common areas; internal repairs and decoration to common areas; external repairs and decoration; buildings insurance; sinking fund (for long term maintenance); audit costs and management fee; fire alarm; grounds maintenance.
The Oats Royd Management Co. Ltd will manage and run the building including collection of service and ground rent.
Residents will have the opportunity to view audited accounts on a yearly basis to review costs and advise to the running of the building.
